A personal operating system
Everything you keep,
in one orbit.
Orbis is a personal operating system for your documents and passwords. It reads what you upload, files it into the right part of your life, and answers questions with the source attached.
Runs in your browser · Installs as an app
Supported formats: PDFDOCXPPTXTXTPNGJPGWEBPGIF — Including scanned pages
How it works
From pile to place in three moves.
01 · Keep
Drag in PDFs, Word and PowerPoint files, text and images. Arrange them in folders the way you would on a desktop, and star what you reach for most.

- msc_transcript.docxQueued
02 · Understand
Each upload is read, including scanned pages. Orbis pulls out the title, type, issuer and key dates, writes a short summary and suggests a life area: Identity, Education, Career, Finance or Personal. Expiry dates surface as reminders.

Secure Vault
A vault the assistant can’t open.
Passwords live apart from your documents, sealed with a passphrase only you know. Encryption and decryption happen in your browser, so Orbis stores only the encrypted result. The assistant, search and indexing never touch what’s inside.

Offline
Keeps working when the connection doesn’t.
Mark the files you need as Available Offline and open them on the train, the plane or in a basement office. Rename, move, favourite or delete while offline: changes queue up and sync when you reconnect. If something changed elsewhere in the meantime, Orbis asks which version to keep.
Offline access depends on browser support for service workers and IndexedDB. Install Orbis as an app for the best experience.
Give everything you keep
a place.
Create your Orbis, upload a few documents and ask it something.
